Channel type smokehouse is the key equipment for meat products cooking. It can steam and cook all kinds of sausage, ham, dry sausage, salami, grilled meat and all kinds of fish. Simple operation, convenient and reliable.

1. This machine adopts human-machine interface and PLC automatic control, with high degree of automation.

2. The machine has the functions of steam heating (steaming), hot air (drying or baking), smoking and exhausting.

3. It can be freely combined according to the user's requirements to realize a variety of processing techniques, and it can store 99 fixed programs, which can be called by the user at any time.

4. Adopting steam heating to warm up, generally applicable to users with boilers or configure steam generator.

5. It adopts double-layer stainless steel structure, and the extra-thick sandwich is filled with heat preservation material to reduce energy consumption.

6. All process parameters (time, temperature, etc.) are displayed and controlled by human-machine interface to ensure accuracy.

7. When the work is finished or the machine fails in the middle, it has automatic alarm function.

8. There are two (four) temperature detection probes.

II: Structure

This machine is mainly composed of furnace body, heating system, circulating air system, and electronic control system.

1. Furnace body: all internal components of the furnace body and the outer wall are made of stainless steel, corrosion resistance. The products will be hung on the trailer, sent to the furnace body, close the door, you can set the process parameters for cooking and other processing.

2. Steaming part: the internal design of the furnace body automatically generates steam system, which directly heats the products in the furnace. The output of steam can be adjusted according to different products. The pressure inside the box is not allowed to exceed 0.08Mpa.

3. Circulating wind system: the top of the smoker body is equipped with a double-speed electric fan, high power and large air volume to ensure that the furnace heating, so that the temperature is uniform everywhere, to ensure that the quality of the products is stable and reliable.

4. Smoking system: the upper part is saw foam box, driven by the reducer stirring mechanism, the saw foam is sent cyclically to the electric heater in the lower part of the smoking stove plate, controlled by the smoke switch button on the electric control box, the saw foam is heated and slowly burned to smoke, and it is sucked by the fan into the main machine to smoke the cooked food.

5.Electrical control system

The electric control part of the automatic smoker adopts human-machine interface and programmable controller to control and monitor each process automatically. It is reliable and easy to operate, with good waterproof performance. The storage capacity of the intelligent control device is up to 9 programs. Through the HMI, each processing step can be understood at all times, and various programmed set values and actual values can be displayed at all times. The displayed values include relative humidity (%), chamber temperature (°C), processing time (min), program and program step, and error messages.
